Professional and reliable Kubernetes and DevOps support that made our work much easier.

Alpacked supported us in setting up cloud-based Kubernetes environments that closely mirrored our on-prem infrastructure, including dedicated production and penetration-testing environments. They helped clean up and standardise our DevOps setup by converting existing Kubernetes manifests, StatefulSets, and configuration files into well-structured, maintainable Helm charts. They also aligned our CI/CD pipelines with these Kubernetes and Helm configurations to ensure consistent deployments across environments.

Throughout the engagement, communication was clear and proactive, deliverables were well defined, and time tracking was transparent. The team was quick to respond, took initiative, and demonstrated strong technical expertise. Their hands-on support made the transition smooth and significantly reduced operational overhead, allowing us to focus more on day-to-day development work.

Amazing DevOps skills! Very efficient, great communication, highly reponsive team.

Ruslan and the entire Alpacked Devops team are amazing! The team was contracted to support us with AWS and DevOps experience. They were tasked to implement IaaS using AWS CDK (Cloudformation) and Gitlat CI/CD. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in devops, have a great positive working attitude. The team was very good at communicating and interfacing directly with our development teams. The team was great at planning but even when we were going live and we had issues they went out of their way to resolve problems very quickly and worked side by side with our developers supporting them along the way.
I have really enjoyed working with the Alpacked team!

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD, AWS experience and Gitlab experience

Positive working attitude, great communication skills and amazing response times

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

No complaints. I can't think of anything that went wrong and that could have been addressed differently.

We've come a long way with Dejan, and since the beginning of the project till now we've changed a lot our view on delivery and customer satisfaction. Reviews of projects that we finished recently can prove this. Speaking of the pragmatic solutions , the things that client is talking about we didn't like as well, and were pushing to have more simple CI/CD solutions compared to what customer asked us to develop. If you ask us what conclusions we did - we would push harder and improved on persuading skills, to make sure explain to the client to pick the best solution. Nonetheless we are happy to work with Dejan, and ready show the quality we have now in terms of our delivery. Alpacked was a reliable partner that met our infrastructure needs

When the client first turned to Alpacked, it only had a monolith and only one application on EC2s, without infrastructure, cubers, pipelines, etc. So, the development team of 6 people, most of which were based in India, created it from scratch.

The application had to be properly installed in Amazon using IaaC.

The client came with a request to create a SaaS solution on Ansible in a month; they were going to make a scalable infrastructure using Ansible and EC2 instances. The challenge was also to prevent downtime when deploying new changes.

Previously, all application maintenance rested on one person, and they were looking for a specialist who would help automate everything. The client later concluded that the scope of the work was larger than expected and decided to seek help from experts.

  • All deployments involved manual changes, which led to mistakes and often downtimes.
