Describe your project in brief
The mobile application they developed has far exceeded my expectations of what I had first envisioned. They built something that is completely organic and that can grow with me as a company across an expanded userbase, focusing on providing users and myself with the best possible experience.
They have incorporated ai-powered technology into several of the app features, fostering experiential learning, tracking and feedback throughout the user's journey into a happier, healthier, more peaceful and authentic life. They have implemented video conference software, a complex gift code system for marketing purposes, two third party automated email systems, a built-in email system, an extensive video library, customizable challenges along with psychological measurements and tracking, a beautiful UI/UX user interface, comprehensive backend administrative system for me to manage the main application features on my own, external links, and much more.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their dedication, integrity, creative and proactive problem solving skills, extensive knowledge and expertise in this field (especially the latest capabilities in the tech, software and ai space). They are kind, thoughtful, hard working, collaborative and centered on providing both me and the user with the best possible experience. I will be working with them on this and any other future business ventures for the rest of my life.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There were no cons with working with this company. Any delays that occurred were the result of me changing the UI or UX and them doing everything they could to accommodate those changes in a quick and efficient manner. They are phenomenal to work with.
