Ampersand Labs

Ampersand Labs is a software studio based in Zürich, Switzerland, founded in 2019. We build websites, web applications, platforms and AI integrations for Swiss companies, from small businesses to publishers and political organizations.

Our work covers custom development with Laravel and Vue/Nuxt, content platforms on WordPress and Statamic, e-commerce, and automation with tools like n8n and the Model Context Protocol (MCP, a standard for connecting AI models to business systems). Beyond building new products, we take over and modernize existing projects, run technical audits of codebases and infrastructure, and offer fractional CTO (Chief Technology Officer) services for companies that need senior technical leadership without a full-time hire. We also run hands-on AI workshops that help teams put artificial intelligence to practical use.
