How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of software?
This depends upon the type of application we are developing. In case it is more for public domain and extensive functions and features are required, then UI will have a major piece of pie in terms of efforts estimates. Whereas if there is a lot of backend processing required such as ETL- Extract Transform and Load Process or an admin panel with complex workflow, the backend of the software has a bigger piece of pie.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right framework for developing software?
Following are the key parameters for considering the framework:
Size of the project, its audience, and purpose. For example, if the application is in the public domain and open for all, and just an informational site, a security feature can be to the basics. Whereas when it is dealing with banking or other sectors these features needs to be on the top-notch architecture.
