They provided a PM an BA that was able to gather our requirements and communicate them to the engineers. They had QA team that were able to test solutions and demonstrate them back to us. More recently I was added as a tech lead from our company to work with the team. I have found the engineers are proactive and understand the requirements well. This means they are able to make intelligent choices during a task or project rather than do everything in the spec literally and without thought of the user experience. Delivery is usually on time but when it is not there are clear reasons and it is usually a result of change in scope or an unexpected issue with a 3rd party API/service not working as documented.

Appeak Technologies consistently delivers high-quality work that is mostly bug-free. They’re mostly good at project management. However, they’ve had to adjust timelines when something complicated has come up or if there have been gaps in our requirements. We use Azure DevOps to share tasks and Microsoft Teams and email for communication. The team logs into their timesheet daily.

Project management is very much waterfall. Scope, timelines, and budget are nailed down from the beginning and it's a tad difficult to make changes mid-stream. Appeak Technologies is always highly communicative and delivers things when they say they will.
