What Users Like The Most

  • They started off great. Communication was good and the seemed very competent about my business and developing it. Once they collected all my money it was a complete 180. They went from a 4 star company to a 0 star company. The Absolute Worst Service Ever.

What Users Like The Least

  • They respond on their time. They talk a good game but when it’s time to deliver the product, you won’t get the promised quality, then you’ll ask them to fix it and… they may not be able to are they’ll try to charge you more money, or they’ll act like they’re working on it and don’t make any progress for months. (ALL 3 of these things happened to me while in business with Appsnado) I Still don’t have my product and it’s been 3years and 26k later.

Building an app is complex and this team was able to execute our vision. I especially recommend Ali for customer service . We did zoom calls and monthly check ins.

Worst company EVER !!!

After 3 years, they have not delivered any level of a working product that I would start to market. They have absolutely no project management. They use basecamp as communication tool, which is worthless for any defect tracking and planning, hence all defects were ignored. The incompetence is stunning.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I got some handsome tax write-off's. That's it.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Almost everything. Any of the decision makers insulate themselves from customer contact. They put "project managers" in place who in who are neither project orientated nor managers. They refuse to fix any defects, and ignore any feedback to get to a working product. they refuse to refund any money, or release any software , so that I can find a competent agency to complete this.

Don’t Do Business With AppsNado.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH APPSNADO. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I’ve been working with AppsNado for 3 years now and had 8 lead project managers and yet they still haven’t finished my app. I paid 26k to them and they won’t even refund me Any money or finish my App. One time they even stole my identity and wrote a fake review about them from me and my business. I KNOW their 4 star ranking on here is somehow rigged by them because that’s the integrity of this company at AppsNado. I will be taking them to court due to how terrible the service is and that’s the ONLY WAY i can get my 26k app completed.

Once I began shopping for an app developing company, Appsnado came up in my search bar. I contacted them and immediately felt comfortable. they are very knowledgeable and was able to take my ideas and turn them into a mobile app. Even through the pandemic they stayed the course and provided great service and a good product. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. they delivered on their promise of the product.

Excellent product execution and amazing flexibility throughout the whole process

This was my first time developing an app and Appsnado impressed me. The product turned out great, much better than my initial vision. What impressed me most was their flexibility. They keep their customers happy!

I was very pleased with Apps Nado's work in developing both an app and a website for our organization. OCTaVIA app success

After meeting with few app development companies, I was very impressed with Appsnado in the way they could walk me through the process of developing an app, as well discussing concrete goals for my project. After signing the contract, I was assigned a project manager, Steve Dylan, who was extremely patient, helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable in every step of the app development. He was also easy reachable via email/phone and approachable for any questions I had along the way. The quality of work delivered was very high: the app is easy to navigate trough, all information in the app was uploaded accurately, and any fixes that were needed were taken care of promptly. I could not imagine any better experience than what I had, and I would highly recommend Appsnado as an app development company to anyone seeking to develop a new app or to update/improve the existing version of the app.
