Unfortunate there are scammers out there.

I hope anyone wanting to sell or buy land sees this so they are protected.

They use an alias to buy land called YNS Land. The owner of this APXN, Dan Hare, is a scammer/ con artist. Be careful! He will collect the deposit and you will get NOTHING in return. He has a woman named JJ answer the phone as well at times.

Looked him up and he has been using this business to dodge the IRS for years
