Our dealing with Propertify UAE has been as smooth as it can be. The team at Our Local Plumber were extremely professional when it came to the site inspection and were very prompt to develop a custom plan to fit our property's needs. They have met deadlines, kept clear lines of communication, and have been able to accommodate my time sensitive situations on evenings, weekends and early mornings. We have certainly noticed improved efficiency in how our premises are now kept, and our staff report satisfaction with the better-working environment.

From the outset, their team was highly knowledgeable of the real estate market and always found the solutions for our business. They were fully accountable for the day-to-day management so we could concentrate on what we do. We were impressed with how quickly they got back to us, how much detail they provided in their reports, and how proactive they were in finding solutions before things became issues. Their staff took a genuine interest in understanding the specific requirements of our retail business and developed custom solutions which increased our productivity at all levels. Whether it was routine maintenance or calls in the middle of the night -- their service was always the same -- prompt and courteous. The level of professionalism, the open communication, and the constant updates, kept us at ease. It was overall an excellent experience with Propertify UAE. Right from the initial meeting through to hand over, they were professional, honest and extremely supportive. What really made them stand out, though, was their single-source strategy —one-stop shopping for everything from property search and negotiation to post-sale services such as insurance, routine maintenance and setting up smart tech. They were so helpful and made sure to keep in contact with me to help me facilitate a smooth transaction. I didn't feel alone at all and the entire process was seamless for me.

The one-stop shop’ I guess. They took care of everything, buying and rentals they provided a lot of help and the after sales services have made my life so much easier.

Honestly, nothing major. If I had any complaints, it’d be that they’re popular, so if you want an appointment, you may need to be a little flexible about timing when booking.

They have a wide range of properties to choose from and can suit almost any budget or taste. The most amazing thing was how fluid the process had gone, despite having third party agents on board. They were the connector between everyone, stayed on top of communication, paperwork and timelines! I never felt stressed out and it was clearly explained every step of the way. They made something that could have been a long-winded, stressful process, truly simple and seamless.

It's so easy to do. Despite more than one party, Propertify ensured everything was seamless. Their site is easy to use, their team is professional and they are great at communicating.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not much to complain about. One thing I would have liked is a bit more options for filters when you are looking for a property, but this is a small point when you take into account how fluid and easy
