Artiflex Information Technology is a Dubai based IT company serving businesses across the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Since 2012 we have delivered more than 500 projects across cybersecurity, cloud and IT infrastructure.

On the cybersecurity side, we are a Sophos Platinum Partner, the highest tier in Sophos's global partner program, along with authorized partnerships across Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks and Check Point for next gen firewalls and network security; Kaspersky, Trend Micro and ESET for endpoint protection; Proofpoint and Mimecast for email security; and SonicWall for unified threat management. Around those products we operate a 24/7 Security Operations Center, run vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), manage endpoint detection and response, configure data loss prevention, and run phishing simulations and security awareness training.

For cloud and data protection, we work with Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud for migrations and hosting, Microsoft 365 for productivity and Azure AD, and Acronis and Veeam for backup and disaster recovery.

Infrastructure work covers networking, structured cabling, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN with Cisco, HPE, Huawei and F5; server, hyperconvergence and virtualization with Nutanix and VMware; and endpoint management with Ivanti.

Beyond that we deliver Managed IT Services (monitoring, patching, helpdesk and AMC contracts), Application Security (pen testing, secure code review, WAF management and DAST scanning), Business Solutions (ERP, CRM, finance and HR platform rollouts with vendor neutral advice), and Unified Communications through 3CX phone systems.
