The best part of the company i liked was they're ongoing communication as due to covid a lot was affected but that never slowed them down in term of communication and were always ready to listen what we wanted or make any changes in the middle.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
From a non-technical perspective, I found Astute Myndz's developers to be easy to work with, despite the time difference between us. They are coders and we're business people so we had to find a way to communicate and translate our business ideas into code. The same is true vice-versa; they had to explain technical things to us about database servers, code building, etc. That we had no prior knowledge of and needed to understand. Astute Myndz has been generally available and provided reasonable quality.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
We started the work from scratch. It would have helped if they had more business knowledge outside of coding skills in order to set up a pre-development plan. We've made some mistakes but it all ended well.
