We were in a dire need for a new website for our resort. Our friend recommended Attract and I must say we are extremely pleased with the results - the website looks great and our customers love it! One particular things I'd like to note is that we are a small company and couldn't spare too much time to work on the project nor describe in details what we want. However, Attract did a great job even with a minimum input from our side. And at the same time the cost was great, especially for the level of service they provide!

When I came up with an idea of creating a space where people can receive top quality knowledge regarding telecommunications, I contacted Attract Group. From the very beginning they provided me with a formed team for the project and relevant project analytics. All the requirements were met as well as deadlines. After 1.5 months I already received an MVP product to use and fill with with the content. 4 months after the team released the project and I received a ready-made product. The portal happened to be user-friendly and robust. It has the following functionality: -Interactive crosswords (in node.js) -Extended loyalty system (discounts, coupons, promo codes) -Statistics/analytics of courses -Different types Massive learning (video (lightboard technology, screencasting), webinars, classroom trainings) - Different roles of clients (student, personal, corporate accounts) - Online Tests (text, video, multiple choice) - Payment systems like Stripe and PayPal were integrated

Kindly share your feedback on how Goodfirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.

At this moment we see that aggregator platforms such as Goodfirms and other big competitors do not provide as much traffic and lead as a few years ago. Price per lead is too high and more companies are moving to their own SEO and marketing teams as it is cheaper to hire people than get a position in the listing. We think this is due to the crisis in the market.

Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

Attract Group has carved a niche in the realm of software development and IT consulting over the past decade. With strategic offices in Amsterdam and Las Vegas, our influence extends across North America and Europe.

Our strength lies in our technological expertise. We have a deep understanding of various technologies, including Python, PHP Laravel, Java, and several others. This expertise enables us to deliver cutting-edge and dependable solutions to our clients. Additionally, our partnership with leading cloud service providers allows us to offer top-tier DevOps services. In terms of services, our offerings are diverse. We specialize in custom software development, mobile application creation, cloud solutions, and AI integrations. Moreover, for businesses aiming to navigate the digital landscape, we provide invaluable consultancy, aiding in their seamless transition to the digital era.

What truly sets Attract Group apart is our commitment to addressing the core challenges businesses face in today's digital age. Many struggle with outdated systems and lack a clear digital strategy. We excel in these areas, not just providing solutions but driving genuine business transformations. Our goal is to empower organizations, enabling them to harness the potential of technology and achieve significant growth.

What is the story behind starting this company?

The company was founded in 2011. The inception of Attract Group was driven by a shared vision between the co-founders. We recognized a gap in the market for tailored software solutions that truly address business needs. Our passion for technology, combined with a desire to make a tangible difference, led us to establish Attract Group.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We pride ourselves on our talented in-house team. While we occasionally collaborate with third-party vendors for specialized tasks, the core of our projects is always handled internally. This ensures consistency, quality, and a deep understanding of our client's objectives.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

At Attract Group, we're all about finding the right solutions for our business clients. Sure, we're tech-savvy, but it's not just about the tech. We see technology as a powerful tool, and we use it best when we truly understand our clients' goals. Our aim? To help businesses grow and thrive.

What really makes us stand out is our top-notch service. We work closely with our clients every step of the way, making sure they're on track and getting what they need. Our project managers and business developers are always there, ready to help with any tech questions or to team up on big decisions. Plus, we're big on keeping our promises. There are plenty of companies out there that can make cool products, but we make sure to deliver on time and keep the quality high. We stay updated with the latest in tech and always aim for the best

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

At Attract Group, we're all about teamwork. Our clients know their industry inside out, and we bring the tech know-how. Together, we make things happen faster and better. While we can work with just about any industry, we're especially good with:

E-commerce, retail, and loyalty programs
Audio and Video Streaming apps
Health and MedTech
Digital Marketplaces
CRM systems

When it comes to our clients, we see them as long-term partners, not just one-time customers. From day one, we focus on building trust. That's why many of our clients stick with us for the long haul. After we launch a product, we know there's always room for improvement based on what users have to say. So, we stay on board, helping our clients make their products even better. And if a product just needs a little upkeep? We've got maintenance packages to keep everything running smoothly.

To give you an idea of how strong our partnerships are, about 80% of our projects turn into long-term collaborations. And guess what? Many of our new clients come to us because they heard good things from our current ones.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

Right now, we're seeing a lot of interest in apps that work on both Android and iOS. That's why we started using Flutter a few years back, and it's been a game-changer. Flutter is now a top choice for mobile app development. It lets our clients get solid apps out there quickly for both Android and iOS. And the best part? Unlike before, Flutter can handle just about anything – from heavy-duty tasks to fancy screens, all while being easy on your phone's battery.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

I'd humbly place our customer satisfaction rate at around 95%. We achieve this by maintaining open communication, setting clear expectations, and going the extra mile to exceed them. Every client's success is our success. You can also see what our customers say about working with us in our testimonials and reviews on Goodfirms.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Well, at Attract Group, our payment structure is designed with both clarity and efficiency in mind. Let me break it down for you:

In the Beginning: When we kick off a project, we start with a detailed assessment. We use what's called a 't-shirt sizing' technique to get a handle on the project's scope and the team we'll need. From this, we create a roadmap and set up a monthly payment schedule. This gives our clients a clear picture of the expected budget and how we'll allocate resources month by month. We value flexibility, so clients can make changes as we go, but of course, big changes might shift our timelines a bit. And to help with planning, we set budgets not just monthly, but also quarterly and yearly.

After Launch: Once we've got a project up and running, it usually moves into one of two phases. It's either about continuous improvement, where we keep building and refining, or it goes into maintenance mode. For those projects that need ongoing work, we'll assess the likely monthly workload and set up a retainer agreement. But if a project doesn't need much more development, it'll shift into maintenance. Here, we have a basic retainer that covers keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring security, and making minor tweaks as needed. And if a client's priorities change? No worries. We can adjust the retainer up or down as needed."

I hope that gives a clear picture of how we approach billing. It's all about transparency and working in sync with our clients' needs.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We're dedicated to offering top-notch development services, focusing on security, efficiency, and performance. Quality work does come at a certain cost. We prefer to work with clients who are truly passionate about their projects and understand the importance of quality. Most businesses looking to launch their first version or MVP usually have a budget between $45,000 and $75,000. However, we know that not every client can meet this budget right away. For those clients, it's essential to have a plan for future funding, whether they're startups looking for investment or established businesses planning for growth.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?

The fiscal landscape of 2022 was notably influenced by the global financial crisis, leading to a pervasive sense of caution among businesses. As a consequence, many enterprises adopted a more conservative stance regarding budget allocations, making the approval process more stringent. While we observed a modest contraction in the average project size during this period, the overall budgets for projects that commenced were largely consistent with typical figures. In 2022, the projects we undertook spanned a budgetary range from $30,000 to a ceiling of $270,000.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

The last few years have been full of unexpected events, like the COVID-19 pandemic, money troubles around the world, shipping issues, and the situation in Ukraine. These events made many companies change their plans. But we've also seen more businesses getting interested in new tech like AI. We hope to see even more cool tech like AI in the next 10 years that can help businesses do better.

Right now, we're planning to grow our company in other countries and use AI to make software faster. We also want to work with bigger companies because we see a lot of opportunities there.
In 10 years, we want Attract Group to be a top name in digital solutions all over the world. We want to be the first choice for businesses that want to grow in the digital world. To sum it up, it's hard to predict everything that will happen in the next 10 years. But one thing is sure: Attract Group will keep offering great services to our clients. If you're looking to grow in the tech world, we're here to help. Let's talk!
