Review Summary

We are a part of the Zeppelin Group - one of the biggest Caterpillar dealers across the globe. We wanted to launch our new innovative marketplace of used machines and optimize our website to understand key issues and come up with an improvement plan with a clear target on lead generation. It was a challenging task and we reviewed several agencies before we met the AUDAX team. In the beginning, we were really impressed with their business acumen and overall expertise which isn't always common for development companies. In addition, they are very good listeners and were always trying to go deeper to understand the core problems and figure out the best possible solution. We were extremely happy with the speed and proactivity of this team. They managed to deliver MVP in just 3 months, which is 2 times faster in comparison to in-house development. We also received the first paying customers a few weeks ahead of the initial plan and ended up with a product that is unique for the industry.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We had a change of Product Manager after 2 years of work. It is always a bit complicated to transition from a person with whom you were working for 2
