B.A.I.S. Bespoke AI Systems

B.A.I.S. is a one-person UK business run by Richie Ellis. I build practical AI and automation for small businesses and take on the careful data and document jobs that go with it: support chatbots that answer customers from your own documents and website around the clock, with a hand-off to you when a person is needed; Python and workflow automations that remove repetitive work; scanned pages, PDFs and bank statements turned into clean, re-checked spreadsheets; small business websites, WordPress fixes and site audits. Every job has a fixed price agreed before it starts. I work with my own AI system and check its output by hand, and I say so.
