BRC project aims to develop a modern data infrastructure to enhance data processing, integration, and analytics. This includes creating a centralized data warehouse with automated data ingestion, processing, and visualization to ensure high-quality insights. The architecture emphasizes scalability, security, privacy, and seamless integration with Azure's offerings, providing users with code and no-code transformation options.

The current data warehouse positions us to integrate NLP and AI-driven insights into the future. By incorporating NLP-based self-service tools and generative AI, we aim to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and significantly reduce time spent on data cleaning and analysis.

The project also focuses on data governance, cost-effectiveness, and unified analytics across big data and data warehouses. Ltd has developed a Custom Solution for InspecTest to manage its workflow from Client PO to Equipment Certification, including a Client Mobile application and integrations with InspecTest ERP.

We partnered with Descon Engineering to develop a Task Management Solution (TMS) for their H2O2 plant, to optimize operations, and reduce risks. Our solution aimed to streamline their workflow by automating seven key modules and ensuring employees receive real-time task notifications. Whenever a new task is assigned, the relevant employee receives an immediate notification, enabling timely action and improved productivity. 

On the management side, the system allows supervisors to track the progress and timely completion of tasks to ensure better oversight and accountability. Additionally, after the automation of these modules, the team now only has to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) manually to prevent operational issues.

Customer Cockpit is a robust application in accordance with the laws of facility management. We revamped a legacy system following the modern trends and varying demographics of the users and introduced legally compliant solutions for the building managers, where they can book, record, maintain & order services to the service provider for plumbing, reading, accounting, energy consumption, and much more to ensure that seamless services are being provided to the users of the buildings. 

The solution offers digitalized information management, maintenance, and accounting services for the safety of equipment, meters, and overall energy consumption for residential and commercial buildings. The application portal is designed with advanced features that inform the daily status of billing, installations, or measuring devices, especially the vital smoke detectors to the building managers. The status overview feature of this solution informs the managers about which measuring devices are defective and need to be checked and replaced before they cause any harm. Ultimately, the solution mitigates risks and preserves the environment.

We have developed a comprehensive Laboratory Information Management ecosystem for Dr. Kalebi labs in Kenya. The solution aimed at solving key issues in the health sector, specifically in the domain of Pathology and Diagnostic solutions.

Dr. Khalebi Lab is a new startup lab that is homegrown, aimed at transforming patients' laboratory experience to ensure quality and accuracy for their diagnostic solutions with a vision and core values of Accessibility, Availability, Affordability, and Quality to everyone.

The solution includes multiple applications connecting with our flagship product Nexus Pro. Application development for DKL Included a Patient Portal and Mobile Application for Patients offering patients a host of services at their fingertips. Patients order a Test and request Home Sampling from the Portal and Mobile app both with an option to first request a Quotation if the Patient is unsure about the Tests Prescribed by the Doctor. Multiple Payment Gateways are integrated to provide ease to the patients in paying for requested services. Other Integrations include:

Insurance companies like SLADE, 3rd Party ERP Modules from Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and BOLT.

While Scheduling Home Sampling Requests, the System offers a Control System to intelligently assign Riders for Home Sample Collection while patients can track and communicate with the Riders as well.

The system is fully integrated with the Kenya Revenue Authority and the Kenya Health System to ensure compliance with the Govt. of Kenya. We also integrated advanced security features, such as encrypted QR codes and multifactor authentication. This streamlined system is aimed at improving operational efficiency and quality compliance.
