Very collaborative process from start to finish. BLK Labs wasn’t only building what we asked for, they were actively thinking through the product with us and suggesting better ways to approach certain features and layouts. We did a lot of consolting with them before we kicked off the project. A very important thing for us was communication since they work remotely. It was very consistent and clear, and they were flexible when we needed to adjust things mid-way. A big plus was that they understood the balance between design and functionality, especially since this wasn’t a typical corporate site but more of a content-driven platform. There were a few iterations on certain sections, mainly around layout and responsiveness, but that was expected given the type of product. What stood out was that they stayed engaged until things felt right, rather than just delivering and moving on.
