BlueChiip Technology

BlueChiip Technology is a studio at Tower 4, Level 17, 727 Collins Street, Docklands, Melbourne, founded in 2015. We work with small and mid-sized businesses across Australia on one problem: being recommended when customers ask an AI assistant who to call.

What we do

• Measure: we ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the questions real customers ask, many times over, in the cities that matter to the business. We report how often the business is named, who is named instead, and which websites the assistants read, with dates and sample sizes. No single-run "rank".
• Fix the sources: Google Business Profile, Apple Business, Bing Places, the directories each assistant actually cites, consistent business details everywhere, structured data, answer-first website pages, and a review program that asks real customers honestly.
• Re-measure: every fortnight, so changes are tracked against a baseline.
• Build: websites, booking systems and business automations (Xero, HubSpot, Stripe and similar), so the business is easy for both people and AI assistants to understand and book.

What we do not do

We do not promise rankings or guaranteed AI recommendations. Nobody can. We do not buy reviews or post fake ones. We promise the work, the cadence and honest numbers. We measure ourselves the same way and publish our own numbers as we go.
