We needed a product team, not a supplier working through a spec. BRACKETS handled backend, frontend, architecture, and UX, and they pushed back when it mattered. Feature requests usually came back as questions about why we wanted them before estimates arrived. The platform covers resource planning, time tracking wired into budgets, budget management from estimate to invoice, and reporting. They also integrated Tempo for agencies already tracking time in Jira. Since handover, we've added around 500 new users and expanded internationally. Our team runs the platform now—something that was only possible because of how well they left the codebase.
