The Brandualist team quickly addressed our concerns and made adjustments without hesitation.

Project management was generally smooth, although we did hit a few bumps along the way. At times, the video edits took a bit longer than expected, and there were a couple of instances where content didn’t quite align with our vision. However, the Brandualist team was always quick to address our concerns and made the necessary adjustments without hesitation. They were responsive and open to feedback, which helped keep the project on track.

What was the project name that you have worked with Brandualist Inc.?

Sustainable Small Fashion Brand

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

We are a small, sustainable fashion brand that creates recycled clothing from upcycled fabrics. We also own a small self-founded factory in Germany.

Brandualist started by developing a content plan for our social media accounts, focusing on short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. They provided everything from scriptwriting to editing, ensuring the visuals aligned with our brand’s sustainable mission. On top of that, they handled influencer outreach, helping us collaborate with eco-conscious influencers in Germany.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their ability to turn sustainable fashion into engaging, relatable content was impressive. They truly understood our brand’s values and were able to craft messaging and visuals that spoke directly to our eco-conscious audience. They also had a strong understanding of the local market in Germany, which made the PR efforts more targeted and effective.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There were a few minor delays with video post-production, but nothing that wasn’t managed. They’ve been improving their processes as we go, so I’m confident it’ll run even smoother in the future.

Like many start-up companies, Red Mountain Group faced a problem: they did not understand the strategy needed to enter competitive markets. This wholesale coffee supplier needed to urgently get farmers to cooperate environmentally. Our challenge was to create that first vital impression of Red Mountain Group for its wholesale customers in the new markets of Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Most startups fear not finding their audience. But the bigger fear is to not impress the audience and not attract investors. Brandualist can make the nightmares of startup owners disappear. We started with these goals:

  • Prepare for a marketing launch and give the owners insights so they could confidently understand their markets and consumers.

  • Create a brand concept to visually communicate the narrative.

  • Prepare a business pitch to make the right impression on the project's investors.

During our relationship with Red Mountain Group, we achieved a lot:

  • Conducted a comprehensive market analysis, including large and small competitors, Buyer Persona, target audience, and market size.

  • Created a marketing strategy for the product launch and further ways to promote it.

  • Developed a social media strategy, which included a variety of promotional platforms and analysis of their payback, and creation of Brand Voice and Tone of Voice.

  • Created a brand book, which included a logo, corporate fonts, project colors, and elements that can be used in designs time and again.

  • Prepared a business pitch that described the project's business plan in clear detail for investors.

Our methods were tireless. We used:

Analytical tools for market research and competitor assessment.

  • SWOT, PEST, 4P Marketing Complex.

  • ETOM analysis to provide insight into the end-to-end processes involved in delivering the product to consumers.

  • QUEST analysis to identify and minimize potential risks of product sales, and grading of risks by probability and speed of occurrence.

Audience and market assessment.

  • A Market Analysis to determine the size of the market, demand needs, and places where the relevant audience was concentrated.

  • Social Listening to understand current trends among the target audience and their main "pains" when looking for a similar product.

Branding.

  • Engaged a graphic and brand designer to develop a brand book.

Marketing and SMM strategy.

  • An SEO audit and review of the competitors' promotion methods to determine the most cost-effective promotion method.

  • Analyzed the promotional platforms and evaluated how well they would reach the target audience.

  • Identified a Unique Selling Proposition for selling products to new consumers.
