Brenton Way is a digital marketing and growth agency that provides unique martech solutions integrated with a world-class marketing team for brand dominance.
What is the story behind starting this company?
We started our agency 4 years ago on a mission to change the status quo of traditional marketing agencies. Since then, we have scaled 100% year over year.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a mix of in-house team members and vendors who we use for our clients. Our team focuses on core services and anything that we are not 100% focused on we allow them to pick up.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We have built our own unique marketing dashboard called an Account Plan and have also helped create new AI technology such as INITIATE.AI.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are industry-agnostic and work with clients in almost every vertical except for Real Estate and Car Dealerships.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We have under a 5% churn rate as a marketing agency and pride ourselves and long-term client relationships. To achieve this, we pick clients that fit our agency culture.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We use Slack for client communication and our Account Plan Dashboard to set proper expectations.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We bill on a very simple monthly retainer.
