After spending 12 years with different Global companies and banks, he realized that the current business world misses the need for delivering high quality work at a cost effective price and most importantly catering to all segments of society.

This void and imbalance in the quality and customization in the existing models led him to set up CabbageTree Solutions with the aim to provide superior quality of work at cost effective price to all. During his stint at JPMorganChase Bank in India, he managed its Global Outsourcing operations for credit card business. He has vast knowledge and exposure on offering solutions to clients by way of process improvement and optimization thus, resulting in higher productivity and lower cost of operations for them. He was the chosen employee of the outsourcing operations of JPMorganChase Bank to be awarded the Global Employee of the Year award (The Super Star Award) across all employees worldwide. This is the highest level of recognition for any employee in the bank. In addition, twice he was also awarded the second highest level of award in the bank – The All Star Award.

Prior to JPMorganChase Bank, Prakash spent few years working with Wipro and World Network Services (A Warburg Pincus Company). He was responsible for their American Express Cards Phone Centre process and British Airways Customer Relations process respectively.
