Campfire Labs is a boutique tech studio based in Wales, working with clients across the UK. We're creative people who fell for tech and know it inside out.

Founded by Adrian Davies, who has spent 15 years in cloud, AI and DevSecOps across government, defence and the private sector. Before Campfire Labs he built secure cloud platforms for government and defence, moved 12 public services to the cloud with zero disruption, and launched an AI assistant that grew to 25 teams. He holds 11 certifications across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Terraform, so the engineering behind everything we build is serious.

We design and build digital products and apps for phones, tablets and laptops from one codebase, AI assistants that answer questions from your own documents, and cloud platforms that cost less and break less. Then we host what we build and keep it running.

We tell you straight what something will cost to run before we build it. You get something real to tap early on, and we handle the boring but vital parts: security, backups, monitoring and the App Store.

Something on fire? Raise the alarm on our website. Whether your site or app is down, your AI is misbehaving, your cloud bill is spiking or something looks like a security problem, it goes straight to our phones and we'll tell you what to do first.

We built and run Solaces, a free, anonymous listening app on the App Store and the web. It runs on about £9.42 a month, because we set the cloud up to only pay for what happens.
