Describe your project in brief
The development of a complete health-IT solution designed to enhance patient care and expedite healthcare operations was part of our collaboration with CapMind's. Included in the scope were,
1- Implementing a cutting-edge RPM system to improve patient involvement and enable real-time health metrics monitoring.
2- using DevOps techniques to maximize software development and deployment processes and using RPA to automate repetitive chores.
A successful result was guaranteed by CapMind's' experience, openness, and creative methodology.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
My favorite things about CapMinds were their extensive knowledge of health-IT solutions, especially how they seamlessly integrated interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7, and their dedication to providing specialized, cutting-edge, and dependable services with outstanding professionalism and transparency.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The speed of response during times of heavy demand may be improved, even if my experience with CapMinds was largely favorable. Their current excellent customer service might be further improved with a more efficient communication mechanism.
