Overall my experience has been incredibly disappointing. My project manager "Max", is only avaliable when a bill is due and has gone 4-7 weeks on a regular basis without providing an update or contacting me about the project. Because of his lapse more than 3 months has been added to the time line for completion of my app. He is currently in breech of the contract we agreed upon and at times tried to get me to renegotiate the contract when he wasn't able to provide what was documented in our agreement. If I were to do it over again, I would just do it myself through YouTube University or hire another company.
