The goal of the engagement:
• Identity the gaps that exist in the current state environment to achieve Level 2 compliance
• Review the current toolsets utilised by Florey to manage cyber security across the environment.
• Assess the suitability of each tool with a lens to simplify ongoing management of cyber security and
achieve Essential 8 Level 2 compliance.
• Develop an End State Architecture defining the cyber security toolsets to manage ongoing
compliance and security.
• Produce a prioritised list of ISM controls required to achieve Level 2 compliance and supporting
initiates and effort to deliver the Target State Architecture.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Empyrean ensured that all milestones were delivered on time. If any delays were identified, proactive support was offered to address challenges and facilitate the successful implementation of the Essential Eight controls.

Empyrean uplift infrastructure and security

Empyrean were engaged to develop an infrastructure modernisation plan including upgrading of on prem hardware and migration of some services to Azure. The team were knowledgable and professional throughout the engagement. The plan was devised quickly and executed without business interruption, resulting in a more robust and manageable infrastructure environment.

Professional and no hiccups

The migration and installation went without a problem throughout the project, great communication and timelines and project milestones were all hit.
