Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
We are CNJ, a digital agency, focused on boutique-like uniqueness and perfection. Our team offers a collection of strategic thinkers, problem solvers, designers and developers. We love to embark on pathfinding missions, exploring the latest trends and technological advancements. Our primary focus is on digital, but we also keep our creative taps open for any other exciting ideas. We take pride in managing projects in the fields of digital, IT and communications. 
Our vision is to create a world where digital experiences transform people’s lives for the better. We are taking technology and bending it to the clients’ needs – we can make it function for everyone. We also operate as custodians of digital, facilitating the future of our clients' digitalisation, helping them decide where and how to invest in digital for the biggest gains.

My role is to guard the mission and vision of CNJ digital in all aspects of our work. As an advisor with years of experience and broad knowledge of technologies, I see myself as someone who shapes ideas on a higher level, knowing how they will perform, but only together with my team, we can deliver all the puzzles needed for a successful project.

The strategy is pretty broad, but how we like to start is with these three things:
1.    What are we trying to achieve? What is the main pain we are solving? What is the end goal?
2.    For whom are we doing this? Who is the target group?
3.    What is the budget/timeline we have available to achieve this?
 
Once we have these three, we can start to think and come up with ideas and strategies that are fitting into those criteria.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
1.   Best team: We are looking for the best & brightest in the industry with a great sense of empathy for other team members & clients.
2.   Latest tech: Using and exploring the latest technologies to provide better and more optimized services
3.   Customer service: We try to connect to our clients, build trust and really advise how to perform best on the digital landscape
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We have two types of clients, advertising or PR agencies with whom we function as advisors and partners for all digital projects; and various B2B or B2B2C manufacturing companies that need complex digital solutions, both with prospects for long term cooperation.

Approximately 80% of our customers are repetitive or we have a standing long term partnerships.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We are mostly approached for digital business solutions, such as B2B configurators, web apps and similar, but we are spread wide across all technologies.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
The most important factor of running the agency is surrounding yourself with an awesome team. They must love what they do, so the work feels like play. Once you have that, every other aspect is achieved easier.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
We sell our time and effort to our clients, which means our costs are associated with how much time and effort are required for the project. Once we have that estimated we can provide the costs for the project.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
For new clients we normally charge a partial upfront fee, whereas the payment structure for partners is always negotiable: fixed price projects, ongoing projects... it really depends.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
We ranged anything from 1.500 € for a quick marketing landing page, to more complex B2B configurators estimated at more than 100.000 €.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
The best ROI is in quick tests. Everything digital is 100% measurable so you can achieve traction with smaller investments and also there are loads of tools to help you launch faster. Once you nail what you need to do, you move on to building the real thing, just now you are sure what is the right thing to do and you already have market feedback.
