Problem

The customer was a Japan-based game publisher and developer. Their requirement is to publish their game to a new foreign market in the most cost-saving way.

Solution

Instead of developing a new version of game for foreign market, CO-WELL Asia has suggested creat APIs that can connect the domestic version to foreign server. We have minimized the scope of work in changing the game in order to publish to foreign market.

Problem

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the customer released a group chat app for business. They want to design a landing page to promote this product.

Solution

Within 2 weeks, CO-WELL finished designing the landing page to promote the product with some advantages:
- In terms of user interface:

• Identifiable brand recognition: Normally, companies want landing pages to be built quickly, so developers tend to use templates, which makes the sites not unique. To avoid this, we always follow the customers' requirements and design based on their brand identity
• The website was streamlined, elegant, designed with bright colors and minimalistic fonts, bringing professionalism and great impression

- In terms of user experience:

• The buttons are well-organized and attractive
• Mobile compatible

Problem

The customer has developed a web-based application used in medical practices, allowing healthcare providers and physicians to manage and track patient information. Customer required CO-WELL Asia to perform test so as to ensure all the functionality of the system operate stably.

Solutions

Based on the documents provided by the customer, CO-WELL Asia created test cases and performed application testing to ensure all the functionality of the system run stably and there were no defects during operation.

Our customer had developed software for their self-driving cars in Japan and they were implementing testing of the code. The testing process was manual, labor intensive and inefficient. They needed a faster, more efficient solution that would deliver high quality testing.

CO-WELL worked with the customer requirements to
- Provide automation testing tools to help reduce labor costs
- Implement tests to make sure the code had no bugs when delivered to customers to run on their self-driving cars

Data loss prevention software is a flagship product of this company. It allows management of the installation, access and use of software and websites by client computers. CO-WELL implemented functional testing, non-functional testing and automation testing to ensure software performance and to validate that all functions operate stably and smoothly with each Windows update. If any issues or bugs are found, CO-WELL implements fixes.

The customer's website had was several issues. CO-WELL Asia suggested migration to Magento, to resolve them and provide flexibility for future developments. 

We delivered:.
- A single multi-language website for both countries using Magento 2. 
- Integration with product management and warehouse management systems from all online and offline stores.
- A new data management system connected to the old CRM was developed, allowing:
+ Reward points and ranking
+ Point exchange 
+ Classification of product availability based on customer rank

Our customer is an IT company that specializes in eCommerce solutions. Their client had an eCommerce site for their buyers in South East Asia, however, this website had limitations.CO-WELL Asia facilitated the migration to the Magento platform, delivering improvements including:

Our customer is an IT company specializing in providing solutions on OutSystems, a low-code platform.This new platform, while not technically demanding,  required experienced engineers. CO-WELL provided a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers to support this customer in the implementation of OutSystem, and facilitate the software development process. This ensured that the process was smooth, saving time, cost, and human resources.

The customer wanted to make sure that there were no defects while upgrading a system which manage students’ personal information, status of their study and employment. CO-WELL Asia has: 

- Discussed with the customer about the tasks that needed to be done 

- Read test documents

The customer required to do test regression on the latest released versions of the ASC system (electricity and water infrastructure management system). CO-WELL Asia combined manual test and auto test to make sure that the existing and new fuctions could work stably and correctly

- For manual test: implemented testing following existing schedule after having understood the testcase

- For auto test: wrote test suite base in the customers' test case manual files, then created sript with Ranorex, ran the script and analyzed the auto test result.

CO-WELL implemented testing to test intermediary services from customers (end-users) requirements to the bank's core system. It could

CO-WELL Asia has built a name card management system that included:
- An app for all employees to take photos and upload information of the name cards
- A user page for all employees to access, search and view information of partners/ customers
- A admin page to edit, analyze, and approve/ decline information stored in the system.

CO-WELL Asia has built a resource management system that had the following main functions: 
- Direct communication with portal to get data master about staff and department
- Create new projects and customers
- Assign personnel to the project in real-time

CO-WELL created a site to manage the information of the system's admin and all of the information of their end-user (personal information, especially phone numbers) that are stored in the system.

CO-WELL developed new features to the existing e-Commerce site:
- Develop a mechanism to synthesize and update the status of when customers sell products on various channels. 
- SSO: End-users can login to e-commerce website using their social media accounts (Facebook, Google) 
- Set up server to enable Auto scaling. When the number of users increases dramatically, the infrastructure automatically adjusts capacity to maintain steady, predictable performance

The customer was a new-opened large-scale shopping center. They needed to boost interactive entertaining activitites to draw people’s attention during the Tet holiday. CO-WELL consulted and implemented: Applied AI and AR tech to develop Gift Hunter Game.

A giant led screen displaying the game world was set up in the center of the mall. The players stood at a marked place in front of the led screen so that the camera could identify them. AR tech made the images of the players appear in the game world to interact with virtual objects. AI enabled the system to identify where the players’ hands were. Thereby the players could move their hands, and even their bodies, if necessarily to catch virtual lucky money.

The customer needed to upgrade their website because the current site was old-fashioned and lacked mobile display. CO-WELL consulted and developed the customer's website by: restructuring sitemap, designing the web's display

CO-WELL consulted and developed an application with special features for AEONMALL Vietnam:

- Automatically update and sync data and content from the customer's website. Therefore, the customer no longer had to worry about managing the app

- Integrate shopping map so the buyers can find a way to the mall they look for

-Suggest suitable parking position - The buyers can send a form as a notification when they lost their belongings. 

We developed a website to promote an app to connect gymers in Brunei and Indonesia, especially focused on the display and design. The website was optimized its display in order to achieve better user experience (UX)

- Maintained and upgraded the system
- Consulted to operate and executed their projects so they could get good results and stability

CO-WELL has:

Built checking attendance function on the existing mobile app of the schools, which has:
- Backend (for managing version): teacher enters lesson information and attendance code corresponding to that lesson
- Frontend (for mobile app version): students access to the attendance feature and enter the code provided by the teacher to mark their attendance
By using Beacon Technology, only students attending the class can access the app, which helps ensuring accuracy 

By creating a testing environment, simulating the commands of venders and uploading to the server, CO-WELL tested the following functions of the system:
- User registration
- Contract making process that has: ID management, payment management, line management
- Paying process: Check if the amount of money changing matches the correct type of contract.

We helped our customer to build a new website in terms of functions and designs
By customizing on Magento platform, many new functions have been created, such as:
+ Allow users to register new number automatically
+ New display
+ Filter tab
+ Especially, when a user chooses a language, the website will automatically redirect to the website of the corresponding country

Built image identification for the system with 80% accuracy and identifying time was less than 20s
This function help reading and filtering information automatically, give results as API on MySQL database, linking with data processing function so that the system can calculate and give results to the customer.

•  We built a new module for the system, which can store photos of the flowers
•  Buil a web app version for Android and iOS that had photos function and API linking to migrate photos from cloud to the website

Offered QA team to:
 - Create a testing checklist
 - Test base on the testing case given by the customer
 - Test the display and functions of the game
And then the customer can find out defects to update and improve their product

- Built a new managing system using Saleforce service cloud, which can track accurately, update information about contracts, the progress and status of accessing customers' issues. Besides, the system helps improving customer service by automated chatbot
- Synchronized datas from the current system to the new one using Java

- Consulted, designed and developed a mobile app for employees to: check the current number of coins, give coins to colleagues as gifts, check history of coin accumulation and usage
- Developed an administration page for human resources department (frontend, backend) to: manage the number of coins of each employee, give coins to employees
- Moved data to the cloud (AwS)

Migrated the system from Cake PHP to the latest version of Laravel while ensuring the new system would operate well with the old data.
Optimized the system to shorten response time, ensuring the system is not lagged or blocked when users send many requests at the same time

- Develop new functions that allow users to register accounts online and use this account to watch online movies as well as borrow CDs in many different stores of the system.
- Added new payment method according to actual usage, customers can now deposit money in advance to the account, then it will be deducted according to the services/products that they use.​

- Switched from 2 separate platforms for PCs and smartphones into one common platform using the responsive web, and using API to speed up the interaction with users, improve reuse

+ Flexibly hide/show products introducing blogs according to user needs to avoid causing slow performance
+ Re-designed screens based on the old interface but more optimized to fit new functions

CO-WELL provided a full-stack E-Commerce website development service (from creating a server, designing, creating API to the frontend, backend) and built an app for the customer's sheet music reading exclusive device with functions as follow:
- Purchase sheet music and sheet music readers online
- Save, download, upload and share sheet music with teachers, classmates, colleagues ...
- Security reinforced to ensure sheet music can only be displayed to users who have purchased it
- The device features convenient functions for performing and training such as easy-turning pages, stylus provided for easy music notes recording and drawing.​

- Revised & optimized customer's existing 3D design & 360-degree video to create virtual scenes of the area around the apartment building
- Applied VR technology allowing users to move around and observe the whole Ecohome apartment building​

CO-WELL redesigned and developed these following new functions:
- Recoded the data processing procedure so that the application can automatically save data when abruptly disconnected from the internet. Automatic information syncing will start when there is a network connection.
- Improved the app performance and speed
Add other functions that allow users to:
- Check subscription information and transaction history
- Manage VAT services (data package purchase, register and cancellation, etc.)

- Set a limit for each display, provide navigation, pagination to limit web overload errors
- Created eBook scorm and new navigation to simplify and reduce the transition time between eBooks
- Added search function to the admin page so courses setup could be more effective and less time-consuming. In addition, admins can also sort content, reverse the order of columns or hide/show (un)necessary ones.
- Supported teaching centers in uploading their certificate templates on the system, at the same time limit templates usage to protect certificate rights (if needed)

Redesigned the entire web interface and added functionality:
+ Add display of weather, race schedule and updates on the homepage
+ More information can be displayed on each page in order to optimize the website efficiency
+ Track races information nationwide (including race tracks, racehorses & operators) to support betting decisions
+ Summarize order information, calculate the amount to be paid and automatically transfer that information to the unit responsible for the payment process​

CO-WELL developed a tool that automatically migrates .csv file to SharePoint Online. The number of files that could be browsed at the same time is unlimited.

CO-WELL Asia developed a system that tracks the exact working time of each employee on a variety of different production lines to increase labor productivity. This system consisted of:

- Front-end: Designed for Android tablets. This component provided full control over the work time and man-hour on each production line.

- Back-end: This component integrated the information of production and information of workers, then combined information of man-hour to export reports and statistical results of production.​

CO-WELL provided test resources with knowledge about functional tests. Completed all test work for the project. Based on the client's test case list, the CO-WELL test team planned, scheduled and tested the system in accordance with the rules given by the customer.​

We worked directly with the data manager to give the appropriate blueprint, then built a website that specializes in cars repair and maintenance appointments booking with these following functions:
- Search by location and by service.
- Stores availability checking.
- Customers are always provided with a list of stores location and services prices.
- Automatically reject booking when the stores are unavailable.

To share the customer's specific data to their users who purchased, CO-WELL developed a set of APIs that allows third-parties to access their purchased data in the data storage.​

CO-WELL built a mobile app that works on both Android and iOS. Users with this app installed on their phones can get updates about discounts and promotional campaigns of the restaurant group, as well as collecting points for each purchase at their fast-food chains. ​

Built a management system with the following functions:
- Vehicle sales management: Information on importing - selling cars, profit information, ...
- Logistic management: Allows related departments to check the status of vehicles (import status, storage, repair, maintenance ...)
- Management of vehicle sources: The models of cars are constantly updated on Cloud to help distributors to monitor and order easily.
- Booking management: Helping employees manage customer appointments ​

We developed and transferred data from the existing system to the new technology platform with unchanged functions and interfaces. Added new functions as required by the customer.​

- Developed an app on the Android mobile operating system that meets all the functions required by customers.
- Two ordering ways supported: by photos and by numbers??
- Added some basic functions, for instance:
  + App and printer linkage for bills printing
  + Automatically move to sides dishes menu once the mains were ordered
  + Orders made using app are automatically transferred to the kitchen and the cashiers, making it faster while ensuring orders accuracy

Each fast-food line can input their own data (dishes information, prices, pictures) but the display and the functions for all restaurants stay the same. 

We developed a reservation system with 2 forms: at the store (via touch screen) and through the website. Customers can book a table by providing information about the number of guests, seat type, smoking / non-smoking table and contact information, the system will then automatically record the above information and send notice to the customer when there is an available seat that meets the guests' requirements.​

- Built an app to use on the iPad to help users view and compare cars, scan the QR code of the car to get its information, register to have cars information sent to their personal email. In addition, customers can fill in surveys about their car buying needs and the app would automatically give suggestions about the most appropriate product.
- Develop management systems that help Managers manage customer information and collect app usage history.
- Develop a system that allows customers to log on the web at home and ask about products, usage methods, etc.

Built a contracts management system and an app to read customers' signatures. The client's signature will be used for contract process and creating new contracts. The management system allows employees to look up information, adjust the content of the contract.

- Migrated the old system and built an app on the iOS platform.
- Customers just need to take a picture of the vehicle by using the app, the photos taken will then be automatically sent to the pricing department. Based on these data, the pricing department will evaluate the car and return results via the app after about 15-20 minutes.​

• Changed the linkage method with their own E-Commerce websites and developed more connection gateways to other popular E-Commerce websites
• Develop new features as required (orders quantity management, orders delivery process notifications and managements, redelivery appointments, shipper contact, orders code scanning and tracking, orders co-tracking between users...)

CO-WELL built an internal web system to help manage information about vehicles, supplies, warehousing, labor.
The vehicle management board can rely on the information on the system to coordinate the vehicle and the driver and enter the information related to the material (the amount of gasoline to be dumped, number of water bottles to be collected) into the system.

To update the customer's system and make it compatible with the current windows platforms, CO-WELL changed the programming language from VB6 to VB.Net keeping the same interface and quality of the old system.

CO-WELL developed all functions of an expenditure management application: importing daily consumption data, spending querying, expenditure statistics compared to estimates, generalizing and reporting detailed information about personal expenditure. This software is even suitable for very detail-oriented customer groups such as the elderly, housewives as it supports many detailed categories of daily spending.

Our customer needed to digitize a portion of their workload and ensure better information management, CO-WELL built a software that provides an information input interface for different groups of people, at the same time stores and processes information corresponding to each target group. This would help users to manage data more quickly, systematically and consistently, while ensuring the confidentiality of personal information, saving time and effort.

The former version of the system was incompatible with current Windows operating systems and its interface was outdated, neither in fashion nor user-friendly. So we:
- Transfered data, functions from the former system to the new one using another programming language (Visual Basic 6 -> .Net)
- Designed a user-friendly new interface

Our Data management software stores all customer's cars information by its condition, parameters, routes, operations, etc. Users can easily track and manage data on their internal serve. Moreover, the software can remind to contact the user when it's time for maintenance. 

CO-WELL built an online internal workflow system which can:
- Provide report templates that can be flexibly adjusted according to the users' wishes.
- Automatically transfer data / reports to relevant personnel, reduce the amount of paperwork.
- Convert usual paperwork into online tickets on the system and managers can sign online.

To help our customer get bigger projects, provide superior and more convenient services, CO-WELL maitained 3 systems such as warehouse management system, orders management system and Amazon data link system were developed. In addition, CO--WELL Asia also provided several additional functions such as auto-generated product items record, products with coinciding code/barcode report, etc.

In order to meet the different needs of updating weather information of each end-user, we built this Weather Analysis and Forecasting System to automatically analyze the data, constantly distributes and update the information to customers.

We developed Sales Tracking Application on iPad for car-retail staffs. This application provides all information about car price, functions as well as inventory information.

The system can also extract revenue reports of any salesman at any time.

This application helps our customers to ensure quality and process which helped to cut down the cost by 50%.

Our customer wanted to build a modern shopping center image that has diverse activities for visitors. Therefore, a high-tech experience would be a new exciting touch enhancing the desired image, at the same time attracting more visitors, especially kids and young people. This barcode scanner software has the ability to handle with QR code, Barcode, RFID… It allows users to easily manage goods, components, equipment, efficiently process data and effectively improve warehouse management.

Our Medical Inventory Management Software uses a barcode scanner to control the sterilization status of any medical equipment. The main functions include:

• Store device preliminary information and allocate barcodes
• Manage equipment usage (borrow - return status)
• Manage equipment sterilization process
• Automatically generate reports on the number of equipment in stock, which one has been and which one needs to be sterilized

The Time Recording System helps employers manage the man-hour to increase labor productivity. This system consists of 2 components:

Our Golf Online Booking & Training System includes these following functions: Golf yardage booking, news and training courses.

CO-WELL built a new system that fully integrates data from the customer's former one and features many new functions such as booking, checking studios vacancies and coach's availability, tracking service information on coupon, online payment, viewing training video, etc. The system was improved to support various types of bookings, such as regular booking, one-person booking, hot deal booking ...

The new system helped our customers to improve service quality for more than 3 million members and 2000 training courses in Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan.

Virtual House is a content management system (CMS) that includes 4 main parts: Mobile app, Website, HTC Vive application, Cloud Database, and API. It offers users an artificial lifelike environment. Potential customers can take virtual tours of the house they are interested in. They can even measure rooms size ratio, ceiling height and other things they may consider as important. Clients can also customize any surface or items they want such as walls, floors, fabrics, furniture model, etc.
