SWIF provides field services management for small and medium scale cleaning, air conditioning, electric, plumbing, and heating companies. They came to us for a very specific requirement for cleaning companies in Singapore. The software we created for them evolved to serve all the above-mentioned industries, to manage their field staff. The web administration system allows companies to schedule and manage their staff and work orders along with being a full-service CRM system, there is also a mobile app for workers where they can execute all their work orders.

Initial Requirement
We need a robust SaaS-based Field Service Management System to manage work orders, contracts, reports, and field workers efficiently. The solution must support multi-company scalability and seamless integration with ERP systems.

SWIF’s legacy system was no longer sufficient to handle the operational demands of its growing business. EngageNova provides innovative solutions to the warehouse & shipping industry in Singapore. They came to us with the idea of a solution involving Augmented Reality Glasses and warehouse workers. So that workers will always have both of their hands free to be utilized in the labor-intensive and tight-scheduled environment. We collectively worked on many iterations and settled on a version to map the warehouse in a visual environment and create an Augmented Reality that works on Epson glasses as well as Mobile phones. Workers can see an innovative user interface that operates completely based on gestures.
