I have worked with this team as product owner in agile development process and in only 5 months we developed and launched a sophisticated data collection app and reporting dashboard with amazing filtering, real-time email alerts, automated weekly reports to name a few of the features. DeSmart brought our app and dashboard to life! From our design brief they developed an app and web dashboard with built in best practices. We relied on their expertise every step of the way, from UI design to testing to feature choices to launch and getting the app on iTunes. We had a full-time team of web developers, a mobile developer, tester, ux designer - and met weekly via video skype calls. Even after our launch they don't leave you. We were offered the option to have a dedicated employee to handle maintenance of the app for us (reacting in case of downtime and making sure everything gets back online, updating software when new security patches have become available, applying changes when necessary. This has alleviated many worries for us knowing our app continues to be in the hands of experts! They put us at ease and went above and beyond.
