We had issues with other developers and needed a website to compliment our needs for our clients and to display a great web presence. I reached out and they immediately were able to address by concerns and needs, the project went into effect immediately. They took in information about us, what we do, how we do it, and what we would like to obtain from the website. We were presented a mockup within a day and they showed us other design variations. They made the site to work how we needed it to and be professional and provide a great representation about us and our operation. We have recommended them to our partners as they are needing to improve or create new sites. We highly recommend them as they were in constant communication, there were no delays, they made sure that we were taken care of and especially since they have performed way past our expectations and we are extremely pleased!

They were in constant communication, there were no delays, they provided options, they provided us with mockups, and they were professional and considerate.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There isn't anything that we didn't like.

Review Summary

Our experience with DevDefy so far has been great. The communication is so excellent that sometimes we can't tell if our team is outsourced or in-house. They have provided value beyond just development - project management, business analysis, feature recommendation, and more. We have worked with other companies in the past and have paid much more even though we received less communication and transparency. We owe much of our success to DevDefy's ideas and their "can do" attitude.

Our platform provides in-depth location tracking and fraud prevention services to the supply chain industry, saving some of our customers thousands in fraud and lost product costs.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What I like most about DevDefy is their communication, knowledge, and versatility. They have helped with roadmaps, explaining things to a non-technical audience, and even provided connections for marketing and finance.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I don't have any cons off the top of my head!
