DevExcel IT Solutions is an AI-augmented software engineering partner for startups and growing businesses.

Founded in 2022, we are 50+ engineers based in Lahore, Pakistan, with a presence in Dubai, serving clients in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

We do three things:

Engineering: we build it. Custom AI software, AI agents and voice agents, SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps, and the product design behind them. Most MVPs ship in 6–10 weeks.

Optimization: we make it better. Software audits, vibe coding cleanup for apps built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt or Claude Code, legacy modernization, product scaling and cloud migration. We keep what works and fix what doesn't, instead of starting over by default.

Staffing: we join your team. Dedicated teams and individual engineers who work in your tools, sprints and timezone. Engineers start in 3–5 days, from $2,500 to $4,000 per month.
