DevExcel IT Solutions is an AI-native software development agency founded in 2021 and headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan. Our team of 40+ works with founders, product teams and established businesses across North America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, with more than 100 projects delivered to date. Our work covers AI and automation development, agentic AI systems, SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, UI/UX design, DevOps, digital transformation, and MCP server development. We use AI throughout our own delivery process, AI-assisted architecture, automated test generation, continuous code review, which is what lets us ship production software in weeks rather than months. What we do not automate is judgement. Architecture decisions, scope boundaries and code review stay with senior engineers, because the failure mode of AI is a confident, coherent, wrong answer. Catching that is the part that still needs people. Every engagement follows a defined seven-step process from discovery through to launch and hypercare, so clients know at every stage what is being built, what it costs, and when it ships.
