What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
I really appreciated Dezdok's professionalism and the experience of my point of contact. They helped me design the website efficiently, ensuring that everything was aligned with my business needs. The transparency and clarity in communication were also major factors that stood out to me.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I honestly don’t have any major criticisms. Everything was up to my expectations. However, if I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to further streamline certain processes to make the project even faster, but this is really a minor suggestion as the service was excellent.
