Solution
Keeping the service simple was a key challenge. Therefore, it was decided to implement two separate applications for customers and performers. Each participant sees only the functionality he needs.
A structured system of services was created, with division into categories and localization, which makes it easier to post tasks to clients and create a portfolio for specialists. The latter was included in the registration process. As a result, a professional ready to provide certain services can sign up for the service, and indicate the specialization, and tariffs in just a few minutes.
On the other hand, the client does not need to search for a specialist among hundreds of possible ones. It is enough for him to create an ad in the correct category and get a lot of responses from potential performers on the same day.
After completing the order, the client can leave a review, and therefore it is even easier to choose a specialist because there is already a proven experience.

Solution
After a thorough market analysis and brief approval, the development process took 5.5 months. Regular contact with the client during the implementation of the project allowed us to present an MVP that exceeded all the client's expectations.
The application was created specifically for freelancers. The results of the focus groups showed that 94% of users can register and create an invoice for payment within 10 minutes without outside help. On the other hand, business representatives during the survey highly assessed the speed of the service.
To start receiving payments, any adult user must create an account and activate it. Then it remains to complete an application indicating the amount, currency, and type of services provided. On the other side of the mobile screen, in a few clicks, the client can pay the bill using a debit or credit card and a bank transfer.
A distinctive feature of the application is multicurrency. So, when creating an account, in addition to dollars and euros, a freelancer has more than 15 currencies to choose from.
How to ensure a quick withdrawal of funds for a freelancer? To do this, in the application, he can order a Visa or Mastercard card, or link an existing card. This will make transfers even faster. Payment security is ensured by mandatory verification of all users.

The result was an app that exceeded customer expectations after the first month of using it. Thanks to the Autopay module, there is no need to remind customers about payments or keep track of debts. All this now happens automatically. An additional security system was added. This allowed the integration of payment systems, including the processing of bank cards. Therefore, payments have become easy and fast.
At the same time, both members of the family, and a third party can pay for medical services for the client. And all invoices, statements, and forms can be downloaded in seconds. At the same time, you always have access to the payment history, and you can view everything in detail at any time from your smartphone.
As part of the advertising campaign, the application was made available on a trial basis for 1 month. After testing by practitioners, the service immediately received positive feedback. 80% of specialists gave the convenience of debt management the highest rating. Every 4th doctor out of 10 indicated that he is ready to replace paper invoices with electronic ones this month. Patient responses have also been excellent. About 90% of customers were able to pay the bill within 2 minutes after setting up the application without asking for additional help.

Solution
Most attention was paid to data security. Access to the application is carried out by pin code, and if desired, the user can open H-Surveys by fingerprint. Added protection against taking screenshots. Also, with prolonged inactivity, the application screen is locked.
The survey interface includes a progress line so respondents will know where they are and how many questions are left. Much attention was paid to the UX/UI design of the survey pages. All small details are verified, and therefore the pages are easy to read, the user does not need to re-map to take the next action - select an answer or go to the next question.

Solution
After a market analysis, we identified a set of functionality that will satisfy users, given the market saturation with quality applications. After authorization, the user can select authors of interest, and in the future, the smart recommendation system will suggest authors with similar content. The most popular and discussed podcasts are displayed in a separate block.
If the user can't find a specific podcast, he can import it from other platforms. Importing from Spotify, for example, is currently under development. All podcasts within our application can be queued for listening and managed.
Download functions are implemented, and the episode the user likes can be shared on popular social media. Right while listening, users can discuss parts of the podcast. The user may also react to the podcast with plenty of emotions. Speech recognition is available, allowing not only listening but also reading podcasts.
We also added playback speed setting functions. For users' convenience, playback continues when the screen is off, and control can be carried out directly from the smartphone's main screen.
