Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
We have 3 components for determining the time frame:
- Complexity of logic
- Mobile Application Functionality
- Number of screens
By assembling these key components our business analysts can make very accurate estimations. The synergy of our experience and skills make it possible to meet the toughest deadlines.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile application?
We have a very personalised approach. So it completely depends on project to project how much time should be dedicated for front end and back end development.
What is your company’s business model?
We are a full cycle mobile studio. Our workflow is divided into several departments: business analysts and technical writers, prototyping, design and creative department, development, QA and project management office. We have a team of 100+ professionals who are in-house. We do not outsource any work.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We work not only on mobile app development, but our focus is also on educating people.
Our developers are not just developers, they are also great teachers. Our professionals are very talented; they can anticipate problems and prepare for it in advance. Our skills are recognised by Google and Microsoft. By the way, we’ve just released an app for Microsoft.
As I’ve mentioned before the synergy of our experience and skills make it possible to solve the problems before they occur. We are the only mobile development studio with risk management. We give full visibility to the client and highlight all the possible problems and ways to prevent them. Usually, our clients stay with us for years and that means a lot I think.
One of our core values is that we work as a team with our clients. Cost is another factor that adds value as we are cheaper as compared to US or UK companies.

What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
We have a very good business analysts team which brainstorms with the client to understand their model and their requirements. We try to understand what the goal of the application is and then take a call on choosing the platform.
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
It is quite difficult to say that as it mainly depends on what the client requirements are. It depends on the aim of the project and their target audience. Based on that, we are able to suggest whether to go for Android or iOS.
Native or Hybrid - which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
We use only native development to build our applications. So, we suggest going with native platform only as it provides flexibility, you will have to face less issues, and the app will work smoother & faster.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
They are the same factors that we consider before deciding the time frame:
- Complexity of logic
- Mobile Application Functionality
- Number of screens
- Complexity of logic

- Number of screens
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We have 2 models – Fixed Price model and Time & Materials model. The Time & Materials model allows being more flexible with the clients and their needs. What is most important to us is to solve client needs and meet their objectives. Our business analyst works together with the client and tries to create a solution according to the client and customer needs. Generally, we prefer T & M Model though we’re open to both models.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? What is the minimum price range of the projects that you cater to?
We generally take in projects worth at least 50000$, but sometimes we get requests for QA or design. The minimum budget for such projects is around 10000$.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2015?
We took in projects worth at least US$50000 and a maximum was around million dollars.
Which business model do you suggest to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
It mainly depends on the mobile application, the objective of the application and the business requirements of the client, the platform of the mobile app, the target audience. Our main goal is to help the clients understand what’s best for them.
