They offered a real business-in-a-box. The thing that was notable was that they were completely aware of the eCommerce ecosystem, ad set-up, and product curation. We did not have a feeling that we are purchasing a site, we actually received a running company.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They might want to increase their training material or provide a reference point with customers who wish to be more practical. Although mandatory automation is an enormous advantage, it would be good to have optional transparency to those more interested or knowledgeable about entrepreneurship.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Indeed, particularly those who want to venture into eCommerce but do not wish to deal with the logistics. They do exactly what they offer and assist you even after the launching process.
