EltexSoft has started by two industry veterans as a small studio aimed at implementing the most sophisticated innovative ideas of the product owners. Besides technical perfection, our team has always possessed expertise in the marketing domain, thus educating and inspiring business owners, project, and product managers of the companies and startups we work with. With the careful candidate recruiting and vetting process, EltexSoft has grown to become a team of 50, having engineered 10+ multi-million dollar businesses in less than five years.
What inspired you to start the company?
The number one reason for starting the company was the general approach to quality of deliverables, deadlines, and attitude towards products among the service companies on the market. At EltexSoft, we can confidently say that we are a boutique service company, which always provides an exceptional quality of services: deliverables, code quality, adherence to deadlines. Besides that, we have a 100% success record, having released every project we have worked on, to the production environment - with over 80% of the projects becoming a great success in their business domain.
What is your company’s business model or standard of working style?
We focus on overall information technology consulting, where UX, design, branding, and (of course) custom software engineering are the tools that help us achieve the project goals, whether its growth or just building a V1/MVP of the startup for a new founder.

The retention rate with us is unusually high, and that’s where we would like to continue to be. The reason for that is our core values and the success of almost any business we work with. We specialize in food, travel, edTech, legal tech, air and space, medical, health, and fitness.

Custom web and mobile engineering, DevOps, UX, branding - most of the time, it’s turnkey solutions with long-term support.
Which platform and technologies do you use for the products developed at your company?
Cloud services, API integrations, PHP/Python and frontend MVC, and the latest technology from Apple and Google if it’s native app development. We are fans of the best, ultimate SaaS products in the market and use them daily. For example, Sketch and InVision for design and prototyping.
Do you offer support and maintenance after the deployment of the products?
Definitely, we provide long-term support for each and every product we design and engineer.
What kind of payment structure do you follow?
Both fixed cost, T&M, and monthly retainer work for us. We are open to working with different businesses ranging from SMB to Enterprise.
