EltexSoft is a boutique software engineering studio founded in 2015, with 35 to 50 senior engineers across offices in Lisbon, Kyiv, and the United States. We build and maintain web, mobile, and AI products for startups and established companies, and we work as a long-term extension of our clients' teams rather than a one-off project shop.
Our engineers own the full lifecycle: product and architecture, full-stack web (PHP/Laravel, Python, React, Node), native iOS and Android, AI and generative-AI integration, QA, and DevOps. We also provide staff augmentation for teams that need senior capacity without the churn. The same engineers who scope the work deliver it, which is why our client relationships typically run for years.
We hold a 5.0 rating on Clutch and Expert-Vetted (top 1%) status on Upwork, with work spanning real estate, healthcare, sports, food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, and education.
