  • Enterprise Service Bus to integrate Guidewire (CC, BC, PC), OnBase (document management), and Source HOV (document creation).
  • Connect mobile devices to the cloud and on premise CRM and ERP systems for optimizing truck routes.
  • Analytics showing heat maps for insurance claims and policies that can help our custom plan in the case of a disaster.
  • With BizTalk Server and EDI, our logistics customer are able to automate business to business (B2B) transactions for invoicing, warehouse management and purchase orders. We also built Enkay PRO for monitoring BizTalk Server environments.
  • For a major medical device manufacturer, we connected their Oracle ERP system with the manufacturing shop floor using middleware that allowed the customer to optimize raw materials and also reduce waste. In addition, we connected their training system with the shop floor to ensure workers had the necessary training before they could enter the facility. This was required to meet FDA compliance.
  • For a major oil and gas valve manufacturer, we connected their SAP ERP system with Management Dynamics to ensure eCommerce orders were analyzed to ensure that parts being shipped complied with US Department of State, Department of Defense and Department of Commerce export rules.

We also build business intelligence dashboards and are certified in Power BI. Our software developers are Microsoft Certified, with many holding Microsoft Azure certifications.

Challenge:
Our transportation and logistics operations were fragmented by disconnected systems—legacy TMS, warehouse software, and telematics platforms were all generating valuable data, but none of it spoke to each other. This created silos, delayed decision-making, and made real-time visibility across the supply chain nearly impossible. We struggled to forecast delays, optimize routes, or respond proactively to disruptions due to the lack of unified data intelligence.

Solution:
We implemented a modern data and AI services strategy focused on building a unified data architecture. This involved integrating disparate data sources into a centralized cloud platform, enabling real-time ingestion and processing. AI models were then applied to predict delivery delays, optimize route planning, and monitor fleet performance in real time.

Outcome:
The result was a 360-degree view of logistics operations, with AI-powered dashboards providing live updates and predictive insights.
