Epsilon was founded when two friends, Peter and Eric, started talking about a business idea during a rock-climbing trip. Peter was a service-disabled veteran who had worked in cybersecurity, and Eric worked in professional recruiting. Together they discussed the need for better outsourced IT services and cybersecurity services that would work for government and compliance-based organizations.
