We began by outlining the core problem our company aims to solve, along with our business model and vision to expand beyond a simple bulletin board for private shareholders into a comprehensive company communication tool. Our initial discovery sessions evolved into weekly meetings with Fleapo’s project manager and lead designer. They also brought in a specialist to help develop the wireframes for the web app. Together, we mapped out the user journey—from logging in as a shareholder or underlying company to navigating the platform and interacting with our company. Fleapo’s focused on ensuring the web app was highly intuitive and user-friendly. His team created multiple wireframes designed for easy use. We collaborated closely on semantics and nomenclature to refine the platform for an optimal customer experience. Even our company president contributed insights throughout this process.

We kicked off the project with an all-day meeting at their London, England, office, where I shared my vision for the app along with some initial sketches. Fleapo took full ownership of the development process, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We prioritized building the app for iOS first to streamline development before porting it to Android, which we plan to do in fall 2018. They also handled server setup seamlessly, managing every technical detail so I could focus on other aspects. While they offer marketing services, I haven't utilized them yet.
