Fynch is a product, design and AI consultancy headquartered in Dubai, working with founders and enterprises around the world, with projects delivered across the Middle East, UK and US. We take AI from strategy to production, building RAG systems, AI agents, voice and bilingual Arabic-English interfaces, and the governance needed to run them safely. Judgment first, AI second.

We work across three practices: AI strategy and implementation (readiness assessments, use-case prioritisation, vendor and model selection), product (discovery, customer experience, design and audits), and technology (enterprise architecture, data and cybersecurity audits, development support).

Recent builds include Mualim, a bilingual, voice-capable AI tutor delivered in under four months; Shajr, a KSA-hosted property operations platform live within ten weeks; and Valyrify, a UK property-investment platform shipped in under three weeks.
