Kindly share your feedback on how Goodfirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
While working with Goodfirms, we have received good traffic and our visibility has also increased, thanks to Goodfirms’ trusted readership and followers. They are very quick to assist and I am 100% sure that Goodfirms will play an important role in the progress of Groovy Web.
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Groovy Web, founded in December 2015, emerged as a custom app development company. We started with four, and now we are more than 80 and growing day by day. I can say that we are one of the leading Mobile App and Web Development teams in the market, creating every product with utmost care and passion and putting them out in the market to perform well.
About me, I am a CEO and Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience. I have put my hands on various technologies and frameworks for building end-to-end solutions. These days I am more focused on the growth of my company and bringing some serious changes, but I make time every now and then to satisfy my coding itch, you know, for old times’ sake.
What is the story behind starting this company?
After realizing I wanted to build my career in the tech industry, I started gaining professional experience. At that time, mobile applications were the new tech in the market, and apparently, every industry wanted a taste of that as mobile apps are user-friendly and easily accessible from anywhere. Hence, I built a team and pushed ourselves into building custom mobile apps for all industries.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Groovy Web takes care of the entire project development lifecycle in-house. We have the right skills and experience to cater to our clients with services like Consultation, Design, Prototyping, Development, Quality Testing, Deployment, Support, Digital Marketing, and Brand building.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
I am not sure if this will differentiate us from others or not but I would like to say that we want to give the best experience and dedicated services to our clients when they come to us. When we hear our clients say that they have faith in us and like our work (https://www.goodfirms.co/company/groovy-web#reviews), it feels like our goals for entering this market are achieved and we feel proud of doing a fabulous job.
We pay a lot of attention to our client's requests and try to come up with out-of-the-box approaches in order to give them a pleasant and memorable ride through the entire project development lifecycle.
In order to maintain that reputation, we neither burden our already-occupied teams with additional work as that might affect and ruin the productivity of ongoing work nor outsource the project to third-party service providers.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
To be honest, we are a service-providing industry, and since the inception of Groovy Web, we have made sure to serve everyone with our good-quality services regardless of their industry, size, and location. However, being a Startup at some point in time, we want to give them our best for their successful launch and exponential growth in their respective market.
Apart from Startups, we have also catered to Healthcare and Fitness, Social Networking, Education, Marketplace, Aviation, Oil and Gas, and other industrial domains with our services.
About the retention ratio, let’s say, out of 10 clients that we have served, 5 of them prefer us for either product enhancements or new product development and the remaining refer us to their close friends and others in their professional circle in case they are looking for custom development services.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We are highly appreciated for catering to our clients with React Native App Development Services, iOS App Development Services, Android App Development Services, Progressive Web App Development Services, SaaS Development Services, and MVP Development Services.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I would like to say that our client satisfaction rate is 100% given the mind-blowing reviews we have received, but I still feel there are certain aspects in our process that need an innovative upgrade to achieve a 100% client satisfaction rate.
We approach development through agile practices and highly focus on transparent communication with clients, task planning and management, detailed feedback, budget management, and being adaptive to the client’s needs.
We follow a flow of Research & Analysis, Feature Definition, Wireframing, High Fidelity Design, Prototyping, Front & Back End Development, QA, Launch, and Support.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As soon as we onboard the client, we prepare an active communication channel between our clients and the allocated team for transparent communication without any limitation and to exchange queries and solutions.
Regular sessions are organized to demonstrate recent progress and capture their feedback. They can even test the work on their devices and share their input.
Also, our clients have full access to the project management tool to track the progress of a particular task or query.
As we dedicate the entire team to our clients, they can reach out to the concerned person without any interference or involvement from the project managers unless necessary.
Even after the final delivery, we stay by our client's side to help them through post-delivery bugs and issues.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We propose 3 different kinds of payment models to our clients and proceed with the model that our clients feel comfortable with.
- Fixed Cost Model (Payments Divided by Milestones).
- Dedicated Resource(s) Model.
- Time and Material Model.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We do not have any basic budget requirements. Even in some cases where there are budget-related concerns, we offer them solutions to at least go out in the market with a basic MVP and then eventually scale up.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
At Groovy Web, in 2021, we have built products worth 5000 USD and also 100000 USD. In the end, the required efforts are accurately calculated after thoroughly analyzing the complexities, feature requirements, and functional requirements of the project.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We are looking forward to growing into a big company in the next 10 years where tech-lovers like me can work, prosper, and build great things.
Also, while keeping our business values and ethics intact, we will give our best to grow in terms of team size, technology stack, service offering, industrial focus, and target audience at every step. We hope to cater to as many people as possible from every corner of this globe with our services at the best price.
