Data Audit, in which they went deeper with analysis through all aspects of our Super App and ways to refine our tracking system. 2. Design Audit, in this phase they pointed out the problems within the App's experience, came out with solutions to these problems, gave suggestions on how to make the experience even better, and developed a wonderful design concept. All this work is done within just 3 weeks and they didn't save any effort to provide us with all the required support pre and post project delivery.
