HotelTI is a technology consultancy focused exclusively on the hospitality industry. Based in São Paulo, we serve hotels, resorts, inns, and hotel chains throughout Brazil. We plan, manage, select, and coordinate hotel technology, covering areas such as IT management, cybersecurity, compliance (LGPD and PCI DSS), AI governance, hotel systems (PMS and POS), contract and cost reviews, and technology solutions for construction and renovation projects. We also provide virtual CISO and virtual IT manager services. We do not resell software, nor do we maintain agreements with specific vendors; instead, we evaluate options based on consistent technical criteria and oversee their implementation.
