Our firm was interested in iCoderz Solutions. We set-up a discovery call with Sanket. The purpose of the call was to discuss our specific technical needs. They are based out of India and due to the time zone difference, they were only available after 10PM our time (MDT), so we arranged to have our senior development team on the call at 10PM. Sanket showed up to the call/meeting over 20 minutes late and then he was prepared to answer any of our technical questions. We were told we would need to set-up another call (after-hours) so he could have someone with some technical expertise on the call. This company is completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.

I had a Dreadful/Horrible eperience. They are just not up to the task

$20.000, over 3 years, no product + their main server was hacked once and and me and other clients lost everything.
if you call me directly at +1 310-728-5597 (USA) and/or email me at [email protected] I will be gladly provide you with hundreds of documents, screenshots, texts, chats, emails etc. to prove that this company yes, is legit, but it is also the worse company I have ever worked with.
Again they took over 20k and now they blackmailed me for the code.I also lost almost 4 years of my life ,my team .I think I am also responsible because I allowed this scam to last this long. We live and learn

This project was supposed to be delivered within 6 months.It took them over 3 years 20k.
when they finally delivered the project I had lost most of my team so I asked them they could wait 3 months for me to start paying my subscription so that I could rebuild my team and plan a marketing campaign. Ashis Sudra the CEO said NO and he locked me out of my project.

AR Project - Talented, Flexible, and Great To Work With

Choosing a team is an intimidating task and I feel truly lucky to have hired iCoderz to support me with this project. iCoderz was a fantastic partner. They took the time to truly understand the vision behind what I was building and the technical asks that would go into making it a reality.

A items in particular that I would like to call out in regards to iCoderz.
1) They completed every element of my project to my satisfaction. My project included a software piece, an iOS and Android app, and a website. Things weren’t always perfect in the initial deliverable, but they were always open to feedback if something did not meet my expectations. They were open to being very collaborative and didn’t at any point make me feel they were rushing through each deliverable.
2) iCoderz was flexible. As with many projects, we hit several challenges along the way. Ashish and his team helped me find solutions whenever a roadblock arised. It’s worth noting that iCoderz helped me solve several unexpected challenges without demanding additional funds. Unplanned costs were a major fear of mine when choosing a team. Their commitment to working within my budget and not adding additional costs was huge for a leaner project like mine.
3) Ashish was a pleasure to work with! More often than not, reviews center more on the company’s technical ability, but it’s worth noting that I genuinely enjoyed my syncs with Ashish. You get to know someone when you work on a project for several months, so finding someone you enjoy working with is crucial.

In summary, I would absolutely recommend iCoderz. They helped my project become a reality, we’re flexible and solution oriented at every step, and were a genuinely nice group of people to collaborate with.

Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company.
The company was established in 2009. Our main focus is in developing mobile applications along with some web development. Mobile applications are based on Android, iOS, and Blackberry. From the past couple of years, we are mostly dealing with enterprise solutions. The idea behind coming up with our own start-up was to provide services in the mobile application domain. We realised that the era is changing and technology is shifting from web to mobile. We came with various business models from time to time and now we have started our own product development along with providing services for the same.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
It totally depends on what are the product requirements. If it is an enterprise level application, we divided it into different phases and it will be a continuous development process. Otherwise, most of the applications’ time frame falls under a range of 1-3 months.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile application?
Front end development takes around 70% of the time and back end development takes approximately 30% of the total time frame.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors / outsourcing?
We follow an in-house team model. All the projects are handled by our team members and developers. We do not outsource any work.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
When we started our own company, we started with the vision of providing quality products to our clients. With the increase in competition, it was very important to maintain the quality. Our company consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do and that is what helps us add value to the projects we deliver.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
Client requirements help us select the right platform for developing a mobile application. At times clients already know which platform they want to build their application on, Android or iOS. However, if we are asked to suggest a platform we take a decision based on the demographics. For example, if it is an application for the Indian crowd, we suggest Android. If it is USA, we suggest developing an application on iOS first and then Android.
Out of all the projects that you delivered in last 1 year, how much % of clients agreed with going first with the platform suggested by you?
Most of the times, clients have agreed to our suggestion of choosing a particular platform. Based on our experience and the trust level, they prefer the platform we suggest. Until and unless, their team suggests a particular platform, they go with our suggestion.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
I would recommend developing applications on iOS platform. The user base is extensive, the revenue model is profitable, and the usability is excellent in iOS. Also, generally people have a mentality of searching apps in App Store first and then in Play Store. They believe if the application is there for iOS, it will be there for Android as well.

We prefer working on the native platform because of certain advantages – user experience is good, functionalities are more and looking at it from a technical point of view it is beneficial.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
It depends on the requirements of the project. What resources will be required to put in, how many experienced professionals will be required to dedicate for the project, the kind of research required for the project, and the size of the project. These factors help us in deciding the cost of the mobile application.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have different models. First one is the fixed base model wherein we take 50% of the total cost in advance and 50% after the project is completed. Second one is the hourly model, wherein clients are charged on a per hour basis. Third model is the partnership model wherein the client hires our full team of developers and we decide the cost accordingly.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement?
We do projects worth atleast US$2000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2015?
Minimum was around US$8000 and maximum was around US$30,000 to US$40000.
Which business model do you suggest to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
It depends on the category of app that the client wants to develop. For example, if the app is a photo editing app, we suggest it to be a free app. In that case, they can generate revenue through advertisements in their apps. If it is a productivity app people might spend some money. In that case, we can advise them to go for In-App purchases or paid app.
