We provided them with training materials during the onboarding process and instructed them on our systems, procedures, and fundamental customer service practices and service norms. We use IdeasUnlmited as our external call center. They generally take inbound calls from clients placing orders, which they facilitate and input into the system on our behalf.
Customers who have queries about return service labels, size details, or tracking information on their purchases are also followed up with. They perform direct work in our software.
Additionally, they added a chat script to our website, and they worked on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) after hours for our phone system. IdeasUnlimited has given any personnel who have had trouble understanding our service requirements further training.
