Highly Responsive and solid IT team

Whatever I Need Fixed, They Will Do It Quickly

The greatest consolation we have during business hours is knowing that someone can take important calls when we can't. If a problem arises with a court or an attorney, the court will contact our practice. We have to drop everything and pick up the phone because they might need to reach us right away. Now, I know that IdeasUnlimited is there to take the call, which is a consolation.

Our after-hours and incoming call answering service is IdeasUnlimited. They assisted us in creating a script that their receptionists will use to interview our clients or potential customers. They change the terminology and make sure our emails are being sent to the appropriate individuals when I need to update it, such as after a staff change. With regard to their calling services, they record the accurate information and provide it to us.

The decision of whether a person is qualified for our practice is not made by the receptionists.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They are excellent at communicating with us, whether we are speaking to a receptionist who can direct us to the appropriate person or an executive. We will always receive a prompt answer.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We lacked an internal call center to answer inquiries from customers using our catalog search or our website to place purchases. We appointed IdeasUnlimited to assume these duties on our behalf.

We provided them with training materials during the onboarding process and instructed them on our systems, procedures, and fundamental customer service practices and service norms. We use IdeasUnlmited as our external call center. They generally take inbound calls from clients placing orders, which they facilitate and input into the system on our behalf.

Customers who have queries about return service labels, size details, or tracking information on their purchases are also followed up with. They perform direct work in our software.

Additionally, they added a chat script to our website, and they worked on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) after hours for our phone system. IdeasUnlimited has given any personnel who have had trouble understanding our service requirements further training.
