Average but could be better
Review Summary
Good Japanese developer. However, because we used a Wordpress template (for cost control), there are various aspects of our website that don't really function how we would like them to. No recommendations made from Ikayzo on how to resolve these issues. May need to go with another vendor to create an entirely new website.

Tremendous Partner
Review Summary
Over the past four years, I have worked with Ikayzo on a website rebrand and subsequent updates each year. Their team is always professional and up front about the solutions for projects and resources required to handle them.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their team.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I don't think they have much control on it as they are busy and have only so many clients and projects to take on (and time).
