With a team of 50+ people, we focus on digitizing the business and helping them to set it up online through our development services. What is the story behind starting this company?
Infowind was started with a team of 3 members who had an unmatchable interest in coding and an entrepreneur mindset. In a very short span of time, with our continuous efforts, sleepless nights, moonlighting, and performing two jobs simultaneously, we were successful in building the brand- “Infowind Technologies” which has provided software services to more than 350 clients to date.

We have been fortunate enough to be working on both the models- in-house as well as third-party outsourcing. Having tech-savvy and sound members along with us on this journey allowed us to have a team of developers and designers. Also, we have good corporate relations in the industry and so are able to work with other vendors and reputed firms.

Our customer satisfaction rate is approx 95%.
We do a detailed discussion on requirement gathering and present the wireframe to the clients so they can get a clear view and understand how the flow will be. These initial steps help to define the scope of work in a better way.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We value our clients and so provide 3 months of free support to them post-deployment. Thereafter, we provide an Annual Maintenance contract.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We work on Fixed Cost, hourly and dedicated resource models (Monthly). Depending upon the projects, we have options for short-term as well as long-term contracts. We put in additional efforts to train our developers as per the client's requirements and also keep upgrading the technical skills of our developers timely.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Having a good reputation in the industry, we have ample of work and to maintain a good quality of our deliverables we have a minimum ticket size for any fixed-cost project, which is 20k USD or similar in any convertible currencies.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
While in 2021 industries were struggling to survive due to Covid-19, employees were facing layoffs and a lot more, we not only were into aggressive hiring mode but also catered to the projects within the price bracket of 20K-150K USD.
