INNOVATE LTD is a Tbilisi-based product engineering studio. We have been building software for paying customers since 2004 — long enough to remember when "deploying to the cloud" meant uploading a tarball over FTP, and long enough to know which trends survive their first production incident.

The team is forty engineers, designers, and product strategists organized into small cross-functional pods. Every pod owns its outcomes end-to-end, which means the same people who design the architecture also write the deployment scripts, on-call rotations, and post-mortem reports. We do not have a separate "QA team" or "DevOps team" handing artifacts over a wall. The person who wrote the code is the person who ships it.

Our clients are typically founders and product leaders at venture-backed B2B SaaS companies, regulated industries (FinTech, Healthcare, GovTech), and enterprises modernizing legacy systems. Engagements range from six-week MVP sprints to multi-year embedded engineering teams. Roughly half our work is greenfield product development; the other half is scaling, hardening, or rescuing systems that have outgrown their original architecture.

We work transparently. Clients have direct Slack access to the engineers building their product, see daily commits in shared repositories, and join sprint reviews where we demo working software rather than slide decks. Architecture decisions and trade-offs are documented in shared spaces, available to anyone who will inherit the code.

Our work tends to outlast typical agency engagements. The systems we build are designed to be maintained, extended, and handed off cleanly — whether by our team or by the client's in-house engineers.
