Inflexibility to work with their customers' needs

We had a situation where our needs changed. We found out our credentialing specialist signed a five year agreement. We were three years into the agreement. We asked for some flexiblity to pay out the contract based on annual payment plan. We were more than happy to pay the additional cost to Intellisoft but would rather not pay the final two years.

Their response was you signed a contract and you must abide by the contract. No flexibity given even though we found their services to be severely lacking compared to competitor soutoins in the market at least for our needs.

In our business when customers run into issues with our services, we do whatever is possible to help them considering their circumstances. It's resulted in us being voted "Best Dentist" in dozens of markets. Intellisoft's approach and values aren't based on customer satisfaction just a simple strategy to extract as much from their "customers" as they possibly can almost in a selfish fashion.
