Desired Outcomes:

Resolve the bugs (as outlined below under The Issues) in GRENEV1 and incorporate more detailed filtering options as shown in GENREV2. In its simplest form, creating an EXCEL Pivot Table.

Add market share data.

Add At Risk and Reasons data.

Once the Sales Department submits their forecasts to IT for uploading, the program is “locked” down and non-administrative users are not able to view their individual customer strategies. However, non-administrative personnel need to see their individual customer strategies as part of the ongoing monitoring process. Perhaps this information gets added to the Forecast Vs Actual section for each customer?

Instead of the multiple CSV templates/files required in GENREV1, I would like to streamline the process. I envision 2 parts to this:

An Administrative portion that extracts data from their ERP system and uploads it into GENREV, such as their customers’ names/address/etc., and establishing (at the corporate level) what I

IT Path Solutions were honest and considerate from the very beginning.

We approached them with our problem and they provided the options and reasons as to why some solutions were better than others. I appreciated their expertise and knowledge to be able to figure out the best way to meet our needs and work with our existing app architecture. Our meetings were always helpful and each interaction with the team were professional, helpful and kind. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed and resolved. Work was completed in a short time frame for a very reasonable price.

Describe your project in brief

We have a Hearing Wellbeing Program that is being used in a research project. We required an admin panel that could be used so that we could update content within the program without coding knowledge. We also required a user login and database added to the program to capture individual data for research.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The people were knowledgeable and lovely. I enjoyed working with them and will be bring future work to them again.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

My only hiccup was when I purchased the incorrect hosting for our web application given the need for node.js (which my chosen provider did not offer). I wish I had known this was required, however it didn't impact timelines as we moved to a new hosting provider.

Good and fast responsive work for our website, they fix things they see.

These guys keep you sharp. That fix things fast. Keeping them work more work.

Bad source project managed very well

All started with a project I received. It has been started a long time ago with another developer and now the dev left. Because it was written in a programming language that is not in my favor, I asked IT Path Solutions for help on this. And they had a lot of mess to understand and clean up. All requests were managed in a fair time, urgent issues were even solved over a weekend. The Web App is online and is working as intended, and I'm very thankful for all the time and effort they invested in this project.

NOT RELIABLE

We made an agreement about setting up a new hosting of our existing platform, then cloning the whole system and after that make some development.
Even before having finished step 1 (hosting the existing system on AWS) they asked for more money than agreed upon, arguing that they had need more time on the project than foreseen. This was their risk. The agreement was that the systems should be "up and running" on the new server before next payment. They didnt manage to get it "running" (images didnt show, connections were lost, the app wasnt accessible...)

What is the story behind starting this company?

It was the firm belief in the growth of the IT industry. The founders have always been passionate about technology and entrepreneurship and hence we started this company with quite humble beginnings. Our initial offerings were in Microsoft technologies as our founders are Microsoft Certified Professionals. Our in-house team strength is more than 150 employees with the plan to add 100 more employees within 1 year. We are working mostly as an offshore partner for the brands so we rely completely on our in-house capabilities to meet client requirements.

So how we differentiate ourselves is through experience, personnel, and methods. We are the most available company when it comes to IT Solutions. Our clients can contact us nearly 24/7 and they do in fact do that and we respond immediately. Plus we try to follow industry-established processes and involve our clients in setting up any processes from the beginning of the project for smooth sailing. 100%. There has hardly been any escalation in the last 1 year and this has mainly been achieved because of the culture we have set in our work environment. IT Path team has not only been proactive in the work deliverables but any hiccups during the development have been transparently shared with clients with possible solutions and outcomes. The team has always placed the client's needs first making sure that we are always over-delivering the client's expectations.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

The processes we have on the floor ensure that any client query or issue is resolved within the shortest time possible. As we follow the Agile-scrum model for our project development, the work is released on every sprint completion for client review and feedback. We also provide a standard 30 days warranty for all projects on completion. Many of our clients even opt for annual maintenance plans to get continuous support and help post-development.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We have mainly 3 types of engagement models – Fixed price, Hourly based, and Dedicated hire. The clients are free to choose from these 3 models as per their requirements. The payment terms for hourly engagement are done on a weekly basis as per the approved timesheet. For the dedicated hire model, payment is done on a monthly basis whereas, for the Fixed price model, the payment is divided into multiple milestones as per the length of the project.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We generally prefer to work on projects with a minimum budget of USD 10,000, however, we do get a lot of referral business in the range of USD 2000 to USD 10000.
